DJ Wellness

DJ Wellness is a Centennial, Colorado medical wellness clinic offering personalized care for hormone optimization, medical weight loss, metabolic health, thyroid health, peptide therapy, IV wellness, testosterone therapy, and healthy aging. Care plans are based on symptoms, goals, health history, laboratory findings, and long-term wellness needs.

Led by Deb Martin, MSN, RN, WHNP-BC, FNP-BC, DJ Wellness provides direct-pay, concierge-style care with an emphasis on listening first, thoughtful evaluation, patient education, and ongoing support. Services also include diagnostic laboratory panels, direct-access primary care and concierge memberships, and consulting for wellness clinics, medspas, and providers.
