Michaeli Bakery brings Israeli-style baking to New York City from its Lower East Side and Upper East Side shops. The bakery prepares burekas, rugelach, babka, challah, pastries, and other sweet and savory items for neighborhood customers.

Founder and pastry chef Adir Michaeli developed his craft in Tel Aviv before helping open a prominent New York bakery and later establishing his own shops. The business combines classic Israeli bakery traditions with daily retail service in Manhattan.
