TLab

TLab is a translational diagnostics laboratory in Gaithersburg, Maryland, developing and delivering tests for complex infectious and inflammatory conditions. Its work focuses on direct detection methods, including RNA-based molecular imaging, advanced molecular probes, staining methods, and confocal laser imaging.

TLab provides molecular FISH imaging for Bartonella, Babesia, and Borrelia, along with high-resolution blood imaging and nerve injury imaging. The laboratory serves physicians and other health care providers, with test kits ordered by clinicians, specimens processed in its CLIA/CAP laboratory, and reports sent to the ordering practitioner.
