ESG Wellness provides corporate wellness programmes for organisations that want structured employee wellbeing initiatives. Its work includes planning and delivering wellness activities across physical wellness, financial wellness, mental wellness, social wellness, and personal development.

Services include onsite health screenings, onsite wellness talks, virtual talks, roadshows, engagement activities, and custom wellness programmes. ESG Wellness uses a Plan, Activate, Participate, Measure approach to align wellness initiatives with workforce needs, organisational objectives, participation planning, and post-activity reporting.

ESG Wellness is a dedicated arm of Enterprise Sports Group Pte Ltd, which is described as established since 2005 and based in Singapore.
